We understand the importance of flexibility. We offer 12-month office leases and our property team are always on hand to discuss your options if your lease doesn’t suit your business conditions.
We have over 100 spaces throughout 5 locations in Stirling, all of which offer a wide range of services, so no matter what your business, we are likely to have a site that suits you. Plus with a wide range of properties, we offer everything from an office, a desk, kitchen, warehouse, or storage unit to a simple mailbox.
While our spaces are generally quite plain, that doesn’t mean they have to stay that way. In fact, we encourage you to make yourself feel at home in your new office or studio. All we ask is that if you leave, you return the space to the same or better condition. Any major changes may need landlords consent and a building warrant. If that’s the case just ask the property team.
