Equipment
Our meeting room fees include all of the equipment you require to ensure your meeting runs smoothly. Our venue hire team are on hand if you run into any technical difficulties. Access to laptops, printing and photocopying are also available at an additional fee.
Catering
We offer great value food and drink packages. Packages vary from refreshments (tea, coffee and biscuits) to catering options including working breakfasts, lunch bags, buffet-style business lunches and corporate catering.

Flexible Layouts
We can accommodate from 2-80 delegates in a casual, formal or unique set up to suit any type of meeting. All of our rooms can be set up in different layouts including boardroom, theatre, classroom and cabaret, or even a unique layout to suit your individual needs.
Car Parking
We have ample free parking on-site, including electric charge points, disabled parking and cycle parking. Car parking is free of charge as part of your meeting room cost.

We work with a local caterer to ensure the highest quality. For this and health and safety reasons, we do not allow any other catering in our meeting rooms.
We provide flip charts, markers, notepads and pens will be provided for you to use as you wish. Please let us know before your meeting if you need these so we can arrange to have them available,
