Your own dedicated desk
Rented on a rolling monthly contract you can have your own dedicated desk with lockable drawers in a shared environment.
24/7 access will allow you to beat the traffic and work your own hours. You will also have access to a locker, so you can simply turn up and plug in.

Update on Shared Space
During COVID we do not offer Hot-Desking space or Co-Working space
- We have instead created a tailored, temporary space to allow us to provide shared office space without the need for a long-term contract whilst also ensuring desk space is not shared between individuals.
- With Wi-Fi access included, you can simply turn up and plug-in.

Coworking FAQ's
Coworking space allows you to have a dedicated desk with secure storage within our shared space.
Unfortunately not, if you are meeting with a client or a business partner then you can book to use one of our meeting rooms at a discounted rate.
Unfortunately, we do not allow children. We are a pet-friendly building but as this is shared space it may not be appropriate to bring your pets.
You are more than welcome to take phone calls in the co-working and hot-desking shared space, although we ask that you do not do anything that might disturb the other members of the space. You will not have access to a landline in the space.
Yes. Printing, scanning and mail services are available at an additional charge.
If you only need a desk for a day check out our Day Space.

STEP is ok but badly in need of investment to upgrade and renovate the place. Reception area &... front meeting rooms have obviously received investment but beyond that it's severely lacking. Floors a mess, corridors shabby, unkempt, building work rubble outside. Feel sorry for the tenants who pay rent!read more
